Centurion Technologies Software
This company specializes in protecting your computer from permanent unwanted or unauthorized changes. Students who do make changes or viruses that infect machines are eliminated after a reboot. The NAD has made a special purchase agreement that is very, very affordable. Contact Centurion (800-224-7977) and tell them what school you represent and how many you wish to order. The NAD Office of Education will send you the bill.

Note: As of January 2009 TDEC has been testing a new product by Centurion called Smart School.  This product is Vista compatible and appears to be working.

ALERT: As of February 2008, Centurion has confirmed that there are known issues with the Vista product. Do not install the Vista client. We have reassurance that the company will resolve these issues. There will be a new product available to schools in early 2008 for Vista. For now users are advised to only use the Cornerstone Ver. 7 on XP machines. We were also informed that they are working on a new additional product with enhanced features that is not in our current upgrade agreement path, however, we are entitled to upgrades to the current Cornerstone product, including the Vista client. The NAD is committed to supporting customers of this product.
